All Hail The King And The Queen! It is certain that every husband wants to be the king in their marriage. Where they are treated with so much honor, dignity, respect, admiration and given all the attention fit for the king. It is every husband’s dream to be so treated.
The wives are not left out also. Every wife wants to be the queen of her man’s heart. She loves to be treated with dignity and honor. She loves the tender, loving care. Not the cruel, cold and unaffectionate treatment of a harsh husband.
So, what is All Hail The King And The Queen all about? We all love to reign both in life and in our marriages. Probably because we were created in God’s image and likeness. God is not in any way against our reigning as kings and queens especially in our homes and marriages.
God has made provision for us on how we can reign in life and I bet to say in our marriages as married couples. Let’s look at the scriptures. In Proverb 4:4b in the The Passion Translation, it says, …Never forget my words. If you do everything that I teach you, you will reign in life’.
All Hail The King And The Queen! Do you want to reign in your marriage? Kings and queens don’t struggle to reign. Follow God’ s instruction in Pro4:4. It’s pretty simple.
a. Don’t forget His words
b. Do everything He teaches you.
So we all see why God’s word is so important to us. God’s word is the key to your becoming a king and a queen in your own marriage. Be a doer of the word. Start being intentional about reading and doing the word. The word of God is full of instructions on how you can reign. Let your word be full of authority by the Word.
I see you reigning.

How to exit properly from an ex is the topic we started discussing since yesterday. We looked at one crucial way to fro that which is Forgiveness.
The next way to do this is emotional disconnection.
Emotional Disconnection.
The Ex with whom your soul is intertwined is difficult to let go. You have written off the relationship, you have broken up, and you thought you have moved on, but you discover there is a strong soul tie that binds you together.
From time to time, his or her thoughts pop up and and you are wondering what is happening.
The way to ensure a disconnection emotionally is to put a stop to all communication. Notice I did not say you should be involved in some bitterness of entertain the unforgiving spirit
You can control and minimize all communication without the coloration of bitterness.
Avoid the use of “Dear,” “Love” “sweetheart” and so on.
Do not visit an ex with whom you have been sexually active before because one thing can lead to another and before you know it, you are back to your vomits.
How to exit properly from an ex? Do not go and greet and stay overnight.
Do not buy special romantic gifts for him or her. You see all those small gestures, which on a good day looked cool, are the reasons why you are unable to move on.
Do not try to reach out on special days with gifts and the like. Those gifts can recall and bring back memories, and with the memories can come unnecessary emotional vulnerability.
Moving on means moving on.
How to exit properly from an ex? Distract yourself emotionally from him or her by getting busy in church, or by meeting new friends. Stay in the word regularly so that your soul can be renewed as well.
Why is it so important to know how to exit properly form an ex? The reason is not far fetched. If you don’t move on, you will not be able to go to next phase of your life especially as it relates to marriage.

Today, I want to encourage some one to take time and ‘come to yourself ‘ and take a decision for a positive change in your life and marriage.
Make up your mind to be whole. Let the Holy spirit mend all your brokenness.
This is How To Make Decisions In Marriage. Decide not to be a victim any longer. Decide to live life to the fullest in God. Decide to enjoy everyday life. Decide to live for God because ultimately, it is Him you are answerable to. Decide to be the right spouse. Decide to be good. Decide to live the Christ like life. Decide to be compassionate, kind and humble. Decide to be a quick forgiver. Decide to clean up your thought life. Decide to forgive an offense and not dwell on it. Decide not to hurt. Decide to allow God fight for you. Decide to love your spouse fully.
You fill in the gap and make that decision in your life and marriage that will bring about that change you so much desire
Remember, the power of your decision is great. Let nothing and no one distract you from your decision.

How To Exit Properly From An Ex? There are people who have one or two Exes but there are also those I will refer to as EXE-cutives who have had several Exes over the years!
Whichever camp you belong to, the important thing is that God has not condemn you. How soothing can that be?
It is men that will look at you with “one kind eye” when you make mistakes, but God doesn’t do that. He knows your imperfection, and He is patient with you, He however wants you to get better and walk with Him. He wants you to learn from your mistakes.
How do you move on from an Ex? It can really be tricky because the soul has been intertwined in love most of the time.
Coupled with this is the bitterness and hurts that accompany the experience most of the time. All these can become massive chains that immobilizes.
In moving on from an ex, the first thing I will like to note is that you must forgive!

1. Forgive
This is very important. For some of us, if we had opportunity, we will shoot our Exes. That reveals the underlying bitterness and hurts. When this is there, as the scripture says, it will defile you and even defile anybody around you.
Forgiveness frees you and makes you light. Unforgiving spirit makes your heart clogged and your legs heavy. Movement is impeded, sight is becomes blurred. Sense of judgement becomes warped.
It is when love is present and abounds that you will be able to approve and recognize the right decisions to take at such times. See it in the scripture!
Php 1:9-10 (KJV) And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; [10] That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ;

Help Pastor, We Don’t Communicate Well in Marriage! Communication is so important in marriage. Just as you can do for long without food, the same way, you cannot do without communication in marriage.
There must be good communication between a husband and wife.
A husband and wife must talk about everything and anything. They must not be secretive and they must not hide anything for one another.
Never allow your communication to degenerate into mono-syllable answers, where it seems only one party is doing the talking.
Communication is so important that whole cities and countries have been brought down simply because the two parties involved cannot understand one another.
This is this story of Tower of Babel. They had a great goal; to build a city whose top will reach unto the heavens, God attested to their feat that they would do it.
The only way for God to stop their ambition is to touch their language and they could not understand each other.
Their language became confounded. Once that happened, their project was brought to an abrupt end.
May I dare say that a lot of opportunities have been truncated because the husband and wife are busy fighting and throwing tantrums, and withdrawing from themselves.
Help Pastor, We Don’t Communicate Well in Marriage! Learn to talk in your marriage.
For communication to take place, there must be a person who is willing to receive and another who is willing to share.
When either party does not want to share and at the same time doesn’t want to receive, that may be a major issue there.
Help Pastor, We Don’t Communicate Well in Marriage! If you are the quiet one in your marriage, then you must consciously encourage your spouse when he or she is talking or joking.
Also, deliberately respond to your spouse and don’t just shake your head. Your spouse is not a Radio station which talks alone most of the time.
Be deliberate about good communication. I pray that God grant you more wisdom. Be blessed!
