Trusting God’s Plan Over Yours

Have you ever prayed about something and then you imagine exactly how God should answer? Thinking, “He’ll do it this way, at this time, and everything will fall perfectly into place.” But then, nothing happens, or worse, God shows up in a way that feels completely opposite to what you expected. Frustrating, right? That was exactly how Naaman felt.

Naaman’s story teaches a valuable lesson. When prophet Elisha told him to wash in the River Jordan seven times, he was offended. Why? Because it didn’t align with how he thought God would work. Naaman expected a grand display of Elisha calling on God, waving his hand, and instantly healing him. Instead, the solution was simple and humbling.

How often do we do the same? We pray, but deep down, we’ve already imagined how God should answer. Maybe it’s healing, provision, or finding the right partner, and we’ve mapped out exactly how it should happen. Then, when God doesn’t follow our plan, we are disappointed, frustrated, or even offended.

But here is the truth. God’s ways are not ours, and His thoughts are far above ours as recorded in Isaiah 55:8. Like Naaman, we need to let go of our expectations and trust that God knows best. His instructions may seem unconventional, and His timing may stretch our patience, but His plans for us are always good (Jeremiah 29:11).

Are you waiting for God to send the right person, but it feels like the wait is too long? God is asking you to work on your character first. Perhaps in marriage, the journey looks nothing like the dream you envisioned. Whatever the case, always remember that God’s instructions may not always make sense to us, but obedience brings breakthroughs.

Naaman was only healed when he humbled himself and followed God’s word, even though it was not what he expected. In the same way, our blessings often lie on the other side of trust and surrender to God.

So today, let go of the“how” and“when.” Stop trying to control the process. Trust His plan, obey His word, and believe wholeheartedly that He has good things in store for you.

When God Celebrates Because of You

When God Celebrates Because of You

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Does God celebrate because of us? Yes, I think He does.

You mean God will sing, dance, and rejoice over us? Yes, I think so. Why would I say that? Because His word says so!

Let’s dive!

Zep 3:17 (CEV) The LORD your God wins victory after victory and is always with you. He celebrates and sings because of you, and he will refresh your life with his love.

Wow! This will be exciting!

This is exciting because when this happens, I won’t have to pray for anything anymore! All I need to do is praise God because He will keep answering my prayers and doing a lot for me in accordance with His purpose for my life because He is thrilled about me!

Here is another scripture because every truth is established in the presence of two or more scriptures.

Psa 149:4 (CEV) The LORD is pleased with his people, and he gives victory to those who are humble.

The Lord can be pleased with His people! Isn’t that amazing?

If the Lord can be pleased, it means He can also be displeased!

So, what are those things that can displease God?

Pro 11:20 (MSG) GOD can’t stand deceivers, but oh how he relishes integrity.

Isn’t that clear enough?

Are there any other things that He dislikes? I need to know those so that I can avoid them.

Pro 6:16-19 (GW) There are six things that the LORD hates, even seven that are disgusting to him: [17] arrogant eyes, a lying tongue, hands that kill innocent people, [18] a mind devising wicked plans, feet that are quick to do wrong, [19] a dishonest witness spitting out lies, and a person who spreads conflict among relatives.

So, we now know what displeases Him.

But what pleases Him? What will cause Him to rejoice over me? I need to know!

Jhn 15:8 (KJV) Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

Wow! That’s what excites God! Bearing fruit, reaching out to lives, discipling others, influencing those in your sphere of influence, and sharing the message of Jesus with people, helping them establish their faith.

So, make up your mind to start doing the exact things that make God happy and completely avoid the things that displease Him!

Good morning!

Waiting for the Right Time

Waiting for the Right Time

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Waiting is never easy. Whether you’re single or married, we all find ourselves in seasons where patience is tested. Maybe you’re waiting for Mr. Right to come into your life, or waiting for a date to lead to something meaningful. For married couples, it might be waiting for the blessing of a child or a breakthrough in another area.

But here’s the truth: God’s Word never fails. Our anchor scripture for the year is this.

“The smallest family will become a thousand people, and the tiniest group will become a mighty nation. At the right time, I, the LORD, will make it happen.” – Isaiah 60:22 (NLT)

Did you see that? At the right time. God’s timing isn’t random—it’s always perfect. He knows when you’re ready, and He knows when the circumstances are aligned for His plan to unfold.

Think about the story of Lazarus. Everyone thought Jesus was late, but He wasn’t. He showed up exactly when He meant to, and what seemed like a delay became a miracle. If Jesus had shown up earlier, maybe people might not have believed him.

Sometimes, we wait because God is still preparing us. Imagine what would’ve happened if Moses had tried to deliver Israel before he was ready. Well, he did, and it was a disaster! It took 40 years in the wilderness for him to grow into the leader God needed. Similarly, Abraham and Sarah also tried to help God by fast-tracking his promise of a child, and their impatience brought unnecessary complications. Even Jesus, the Son of God, waited for the right time to begin His ministry.

So if you’re waiting, trust that there’s purpose in the process. Use this time wisely. If you’re trusting God for the children, learn about parenting so you’re prepared when the blessing comes. If you’re single, work on becoming the best version of yourself—someone who can nurture and build a healthy relationship. The waiting season isn’t a punishment; it’s an opportunity for growth.

And when the right time comes, God will make it happen. You won’t have to force it, and you won’t feel unprepared. It will flow naturally because it’s His perfect timing.

May we not miss God’s timing for our lives.

God is Working Out Your Justice

God is Working Out Your Justice

I love God’s Word. It is the Container of God’s miracle-working power. When God wants to work signs and wonders in our lives, He moves according to His Word revealed to us.

Have you been in a situation where you need God to avenge you?

Have you ever been cheated by someone, a system, or life, or do you generally just need restoration with some compensation?

I was so glad and elated by God’s Word in Luke 14: 6-8. I read it in different translations. Let’s check Message

Luke 18:6-8 (MSG) Then the Master said, “Do you hear what that judge, corrupt as he is, is saying? So what makes you think God won’t step in and work justice for his chosen people, who continue to cry out for help? Won’t he stick up for them? I assure you, he will. He will not drag his feet. But how much of that kind of persistent faith will the Son of Man find on the earth when he returns?”

I feel like this year, God is set to do what only He can do -the Jehovah Sabaoth, the man of war, the God that vindicates, the God of justice.

The only solution to injustice is not to fight or lobby or complain or get discouraged or depressed and despondent, the only solution is to cry to the Lord.

How do we cry? In the NKJV, we see the answer.

Luke 18:7 (NKJV) And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them?

The elect must cry to God DAY AND NIGHT.

If we can table our request for God to show us Mercy and vindicate us night and day, He promises to work justice for us.

Remember you are just a cry day and night away from God bringing you restoration and compensation.

Prayer Storm in the morning and Praise Storm at night afford us this opportunity.
The Lord will hear our different cries and answer us in Jesus’ mighty name as we do this.

Be blessed!

Prophetic Instruction For The Year

Welcome to A Season of Supernatural Growth!

Isa 60:22 (KJV) A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time.

Welcome to your best season yet. Welcome to the dawn of a new era that promises to be the best you’ve ever experienced on this side of the world.

Welcome to the year when significant events will occur rapidly in your favour!

Whenever God wants to communicate with His people, He sends them a message.

Well, we have the privilege and a rare opportunity to have received a prophetic instruction for the church, the ministry, and by extension to everyone who identifies with us in Kisses and Huggs Club and in Shouts of Grace Center.

Wow! The instructions are incredibly simple.

God has been incredibly gracious in revealing that 2025 will be a fantastic year for all of us. To manifest this, He has given us a daily commitment of one hour to Him in prayer and praise.

Essentially, we will be raising storms of prayer and praise to God daily! We will dedicate 30 minutes of our morning prayers to a “prayer storm” and 30 minutes of our nighttime prayers to a “praise storm.” We have named this initiative the Global Prayer and Praise Storm (GPPS).

You can join Prayer Storm and Praise Storm using these permanent links.

Prayer Storm begins at 6:00 AM WAT, followed by Praise Storm at 9:00 PM WAT.

God’s instructions are always simple and ridiculous, but that does not invalidate their potency.

He has provided the template and blueprint for next year! Let’s make sure we adhere to these instructions.

This is the same reason we created the CHALLENGE: the GLOBAL PRAYER AND PRAISE CHALLENGE (GPPS).

Join us daily and challenge yourself to ensure that not a single day goes by without you dedicating 30 minutes to prayer and 30 minutes to praise.

Remember what the scriptures say when you are willing and obedient?

Isa 1:19 (KJV) If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

Happy New Year! Have a fantastic year ahead.
