What’s this Let me see you Buga stuff, Pastor? As singles, whenever there has been some mushy mushy lovey dovey kind of compromise which doesn’t involve penetration, they are quick to say, we just kissed, that’s all.
Really, is that all?
Are you sure. You just kissed? And you are even saying it with some “Buga!”. You kissed and you still dey Buga!
“We did not do anything o! Seriously, we just only kissed!
“Okay, so when you were kissing, where were your hands? Like your hands were by your sides, like that of a statue, static and unmoving or they were raised in the air, stuck and glued to space, as in permanently shouting Hallelujah?
It was at this point that the single guy/lady knows he’s been caught and cut!
Oh, let me tell you what is happening to your hands when you are deeply kissing! It’s right there in the scriptures!
Son 2:6 (MSG) His left hand cradles my head, and his right arm encircles my waist!
That is it! Your left hand around the head and anything around the head and below! Your right hand around the waist and all the neighbours of the waist!
But then look at the next verse! This is the word of the Lord!
Son 2:7 (MSG) Oh, let me warn you, sisters in Jerusalem, by the gazelles, yes, by all the wild deer: Don’t excite love, don’t stir it up, until the time is ripe—and you’re ready.
There is a warning for you Singles! Guys and ladies! Don’t Let Me See You Buga O!
The cradling of the head and encircling of waist will excite love and stir it up. And you are not ready! You are never ready till your wedding day!
Oh, you are already into the oral stuff? You have a cucumber kept somewhere? Or you have even gone the whole length?
Here is God’s perspective. He doesn’t condemn you! But He won’t condone sin either. He forgives and He forgets. But then he expects you by His grace to stay away from the cradling of the head and encircling of the waist and all its cousins. They all lead to series of movies, and the romantic movies can switch to horror movies real quick.
Stay in His mercy, embrace His forgiveness, and decide not awake or stir up the hormones. That can wait.

Dear Couples in the house, you remember how you wanted to consummate your love so badly as singles. And some of you actually did. But that is not what I am taking about today.
I am actually looking at why what you wanted so badly as singles became what you did not care for again! You wanted it so badly. Now you are married, life happened and you are not that much interested, especially the wives!

Dear Couples, Enjoy yourselves sexually! The Bible actually recommends sucking of the breasts! Chai! FOR THE COUPLES!
“Ha Pastor!” Which is one “Ha Pastor?” Read your Bible!
The scripture is saying focus on your spouse. Let her satisfy you. Don’t look outside!

Need I say more, dear couples? Appreciate your spouse always. Focus on each other. Love each other passionately and stay deeply in love!

ACTION PLAN FOR THE DAY Express your love to your spouse consciously
It goes on and on. The underlying thing I want you to see is that the moment God’s word is being challenged on any level; know that the devil is at work. The Holy Spirit will never come to counteract God’s word or debunk it; He only comes to expound it.
Never yield ground to the devil. Resist him as Jesus Christ did and he will flee.
Adam and Eve yielded to the devil and lost the fullness of God’s plan.
Jesus came to restore that loss, but he would have failed if he yielded to the devil when he was being tempted.
Every compromise you cooperate with alters something in the spirit realm. Make up your mind to resist the devil every day and consciously with the help of the Holy Spirit.
You cannot be yielding to your flesh and the devil every time if you want to go far! You cannot be saying some girl seduced you all the time while you sleep around recklessly. You cannot be saying a man forced you into compromise with his money.
The devil is not that powerful, he is as powerful as you allow him in your life. He needs your permission before he can trip, and trap you. Never allow him again. Don’t give him an inch!
Do it God’s way. There will no longer be delays in Jesus name. God will perfect everything in your relationship as you make up your mind to resist the devil.
Never forget this, if you can keep feeding your spirit with God’s word daily and consistently, and you believe His word, that same word of the Lord will keep you!

ACTION PLAN FOR THE DAY Make up your mind to stand strong in God
God created you to exercise dominion and authority on earth. It is not right for the one who is to exercise dominion to be dominated. You are to be the man and woman God created you to be.
All such things as insecurities, low self-esteem, rejection, condemnation, guilt, approval addiction, and fears, are all an attempt of the enemy to steal your authority from you. He attempts to make you laden with a poor image of yourself. That devil is a liar.
You have what it takes to have dominion. It was inbuilt into you at creation. Every source of insecurity is giving way right now. You cannot be battling with such feelings and expect to take charge of your life.
You take charge of your life by first knowing and believing what God says about you.
God says;
You are the head and not the tail.
You are acceptable in the beloved.
You are the apple of His eyes.
You can do all things through Christ that strengthens you.
Ye are gods and children of the Highest.
You have been made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
All these and many other promises you have to believe. You are secured in who God says you are. Your approval is not based on your past, who rejected you, your performance, or what you did or didn’t do.
God wants you to enjoy life and have life in abundance. Having life in abundance is being in dominion and exercising your God-given authority, where you are not intimidated by anything or anybody.
Your relationships are good. You are trusting and hoping in the Lord. You have faith in your heavenly Father that He loves you and so he is mindful of you.
Walk in dominion and God bless your marriage.

A little deviation from our wisdom series this morning, I want to show us one way we can maintain our sanity in this present world.
The devil aims at filling our minds with negative things, that is why almost everywhere you look, there is one form of sad news or the other.
Social media, print media and other forms are equally not helping matters. One can almost begin to wonder why you were born in this generation.
The plan of the devil is to weary us till we become sick, tired, and even suicidal. But thanks be to God who gives us the victory in Christ Jesus! Hallelujah!
There is an age-long, profound, medicine found in the bible that I want to prescribe to you this morning. Whenever you feel down, depressed, sick, angry, unloved, or any negative feeling, just use this medication and I assure you, you will be fine.
A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones. – Pro 17:22
God wants you quick, alive, and active. The devil wants you depressed, gloomy, and broken. The scripture tells us laughter is good. It is healthy. It has some curative powers.
Sometimes, just take off your gaze from the test you failed, the bully in school, the teacher that hardly smiles, the stress of the assembly ground, and just laugh out loud.
As a matter of fact, it has been proven that children are more prone to laughter than adults. Do you also know that God himself laughs?
In heaven the Lord laughs as he sits on his throne, making fun of the nations. – Ps 2:4 [CEV]
So what is your excuse? When last did you have a good laugh?
Go ahead and laugh over that situation because you have the victory already. Glory!
PRAYER: Father in Jesus name, always give me reasons to laugh.
ACTION PLAN: Go ahead and laugh out loud
DECLARATION: I choose to laugh always. I am not depressed, sad or gloomy. The joy of the Lord is my strength.
