There will be pivotal times when the words you say to your wife will provide her encouragement. times when she is feeling down, uncertain, and down on herself.

The first of these ten phrases that you should never say to your wife is,
- “I made a mistake marrying you.”
- There is nothing about you that makes my life easier.
- You are worthless and unproductive.
- I will make you pack your belongings and leave my home immediately.
- You have no idea what your responsibilities are as a wife; have you talked to Mrs. A?
- This food is bland once more; please remove it from my line of sight.
- You’re not a good parent at all.
- There are a lot of other women out there who are far better than you.
- I have had enough of you. I have no choice except to learn to live with all of your bullshit.
- You are a complete whore. A whore is superior to you in every way.
These words, along with a great number of others like them, are lethal. Don’t put an end to your marriage by criticizing and hurting your wife like that.
