⁴ And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. ⁵ And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded. ⁶ And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

⁵ And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. ⁶ And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. ⁷ And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. ⁸ But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.

• Once the devil wants to destroy people’s lives he scatters the unity-the devil fights the church, organization, families, relationships because of the language of unity.
• Between the pastor and the pastored, there must be a meeting (Agreement) in the heart.
• The heart is the basis for unity; if the heart is right, actions are right, but if the heart is in a bad state the actions will show it.
• People can be having sex, but not be one at heart that is why some married couples live together but are far apart in their hearts.
