Dear Pastor, I Feel God Has Forgotten Me

Dear Pastor, I Feel God Has Forgotten Me

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Dear Pastor, I Feel God Has Forgotten Me. I have a word from the Lord for you this morning. God is going to single you out for his blessing. There are over seven billion people on earth, but God wants to single you out and focus His countenance and loving kindness on you.

Does God single out people? Yes. Just like we see in the following verses.

Luk 4:25-26 (KJV)
But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;   [26]   But unto none of them was Elias sent, save unto Sarepta, a city of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow.

In the midst of famine, when the heaven was shut as it were, and all hope seemed lost, God remembered one woman, singled out from the city of Sarepta.

Wherever you are this morning, hear the voice of the Lord, He will single you to be blessed!

Psa 112:6-8 (MSG)
No shuffling or stumbling around for this one, But a sterling and solid and lasting reputation.  [7]  Unfazed by rumor and gossip, Heart ready, trusting in GOD,  [8]  Spirit firm, unperturbed, Ever blessed, relaxed among enemies!

Dear Pastor, I Feel God Has Forgotten Me. In the midst of contradictions and opposition, in the midst of seemingly lack and famine, God is remembering you!

God is coming for you. Just you!

He is going to give you individual attention.

I see God focusing His love and benevolence on you. Just you!

There are no two people that are exactly the same. Even the most identical twins have been seen to have deep innate variances.

And God treats you so.

There is nothing like God blessing you generally.

He wants to favor you specifically.

That Is why in the book of Acts, when the cloven tongue of fire rested upon them, it was not a general cloven tongue, but it rested upon them individually!

Each man had a cloven tongue of fire!

God knows your name!

He has your name tattooed! Did I still hear you say “Dear Pastor, I Feel God Has Forgotten Me?”

Isa 49:15 (AMP)  [ And the Lord answered ] Can a woman forget her nursing child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, they may forget, yet I will not forget you.

Mothers may forget, despite the deep maternal instincts, but what God has for you is beyond maternal instincts.

It is deeper. God said without mincing words, “I will never forget you!

Events may play out as to suggest that God has forgotten, but His words reverberate strongly to you this morning, His divine sweet, and resolute voice, “I will never forget you!

Then the next verse says:

Isa 49:16 (AMP)
Behold, I have indelibly imprinted (tattooed a picture of) you on the palm of each of My hands; [ O Zion ] your walls are continually before Me.

So, in the palm of God’s hands, your picture is the DP!

What? Glory! And guess what, God is not about to change his DP!

Not just on one palm, but on both hands!

Waoh! Do you sense a rush of God’s love? That revelation is enough to blast the devil off your turf! You are especially loved by God! And He is visiting you this morning, today, this week, and this month in the name of Jesus!

Get ready as you embrace and settle down in the love of God. You will not regret it. You will not be ashamed.

You will not be disconcerted. Help is here for you! Believe it. Accept the word of the Lord this morning And that will be your experience in Jesus’ name! Be blessed!

We love you! And God loves you even more!

CONFESSION FOR THE DAY
I am not forgotten!

PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Lord, teach me to embrace your love

I have engraved you on the palms of my hands. Your walls are always in my presence.

The Key To Long Life And Prosperity

The Key To Long Life And Prosperity

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Dear child, there is the key to long life and prosperity. Now one of the much-repeated words in the book of proverbs is a reminder to keep the words you have learned in a place that no one else can find except you, and that you never forget what you have learned.

This is why you have to protect your heart because that’s where King Solomon has instructed that you put the wisdom you have heard.

You have to protect your heart from bad friends and associations. It’s very important that you are mindful of what you see, what you hear, and what you think.

Remember the parable of the sower in the New Testament? After the sower had sown, some of the seeds were attacked.  That’s what King Solomon is warning us about.

Let’s see our focus verse for today.

My Son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you prosperity. –Proverbs 3:1-2 (NIV)

Yet again the wise king is asking us not to forget what we are learning, we will always need in our daily lives, and we will always need to apply it in every, and any decision we make. If we forget how do we then know what is right and who not to associate with?

Also, he tells us where to keep the things we are learning, he says in our hearts. Do you know why he mentions the heart?

The heart is most time where you make decisions, the instructions have to be in your heart for you to always reach out to it when you need to make a decision about something.

King Solomon says if you do this they will prolong your life many years and bring you prosperity.

Long life and good health are a result of following wise instructions, what you learn in God’s word and what your parents teach you.

It will also bring you prosperity just like the Bible says. Prosperity means to be blessed, and successful at all times.

Do you want long life? Do you want to prosper? The key to this is, don’t forget the wisdom you learn!

PRAYER:
Dear Holy Spirit, please help me not to forget what I am learning. Amen

ACTION PLAN:
Decide to read your bible today.

DECLARATION:
I have long life, I am prosperous, and I am a good child.

The Four “F”s of A Great Marriage

The Four “F”s of A Great Marriage

Reading Time: 2 minutes

1. Focus
A great marriage is made of a couple who are so into themselves. They focus on each other’s needs. They love each other tirelessly. They are best friends of themselves.

For the Lord God will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.

Isa 50:7 (KJV)

God will help, but you must set your face like a flint, which means to focus. Focusing on each other will help you to be faithful to each other in your marriage.

2. Forgive
A fantastic marital journey is made up of two forgivers. In fact, there is such thing as advanced forgiveness. As couples, avoid bitterness like a plague. Runaway from strife and don’t touch it with a mile-long pole.

3. Forget
Oh, you must learn to forgive the hurts of the past. Dear couples, help your spouse by not repeating what you promised you won’t do again. If you keep repeating a particular thing you promised not to do, you make it difficult for your spouse to forget.

Each reiteration of the act will be a painful reminder of that which has been buried.

Absolutely forgetting a thing is almost impossible, because that has to be a condition of amnesia, however, you can forget the pain that comes with it.

4. Forsake
There are things to forsake as you move on in the marital journey. There are things your spouse does not like and which keep bringing conflicts from time to time. Forsake them, that is what growing is all about.

Don’t assume a fixated posture like you cannot change. It’s only God that changeth not, and you are not God.

You deal with the flesh. You put the body under. You remain disciplined. You get better by the day.

Good morning. God bless you.

CONFESSION FOR THE DAY
I am getting better by the day

PRAYER FOR THE DAY
Lord, help me to dutifully focus on my spouse

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
Isa 50:7 (AMP)For the Lord God helps Me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded. Therefore have I set My face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame.

ACTION PLAN FOR THE DAY
Write out the word you are standing on
