There seems to be trouble in Taraba State as the coalition of All Progressives Congress (APC) Stakeholders Forum in the state has denied knowledge of the list sent to the national secretariat of the party for appointments into President Muhammadu Buhari’s cabinet.
Rimamnde Nuhu, a national officer of the coalition who made it known that its members were excluded in most of the decisions of the party in the state, also adding that the party needs modification at all levels to meet the expectations of members across the country.
Nuhu while speaking with newsmen in Jalingo on Sunday also decried that APC members who worked and suffered for the party did not benefit from programmes like the school feeding system and the N-power introduced by the Buhari administration.
Nuhu said; “The Forum knows nothing about the list sent to the national secretariat of the party for appointments as it is the desire of the forum to see all loyal and faithful members rewarded with political appointments.
“We want this time to see our members benefiting from such programmes and also be rewarded with political appointments to encourage more loyalty and faithfulness to our party,” he added.
